Industries tab

How it works on this site

Industries is the first tab on load. The donut shows how my career time is divided across industries. Only sectors with time in role appear as slices. The middle of the chart shows total years of experience.

• Click a slice—or focus it with the keyboard and press Enter or Space—to select that industry. Other slices dim slightly so the active one stands out.
• The right-hand panel updates with the sector name, how long was spent there (months, years, and share of career), a short summary, tag chips, and a list of employers ranked by time in that sector.
• If a short company overview exists, hover the company name to see it in a tooltip.
• On a wide screen, the chart and detail column share a consistent height with other tabs so the page does not jump when switching tabs.
