Command palette

How it works on this site

The palette is a search overlay: type to narrow a list, then choose an item to jump straight to the right tab and selection. A brief highlight draws attention to the area that changed.

• It opens with Ctrl+K (Windows/Linux) or ⌘K (Mac), and closes with Escape. Arrow keys move the highlighted row; Enter runs it.
• Results can include individual roles, companies (opening the most recent role there), capability tags, and single lines from outcomes, challenges, or approach.
• While the card preview or CV overlay is open, the palette does not open on top of it.
• If reduced motion is on, the highlight flash is shortened.
• A small ⌘K hint appears near the tab row on the main site.
